Immersive Art & Music Experience, curated for the community of Austin on Nov. 8th & 9th, presented by Thomas J. Henry, creating awareness and benefitting The SAFE Alliance, St. David’s Foundation, and Superhero Kids.
We created the actual name and brand to work in several formats. We created the brand look and feel for the website, e-flyers, invites and tickets. This brand look was carried though out the campaign and in the commercials we developed for marketing the event.
We brought in red carpet, a giant 26’ x 50’ custom backdrop (Branded Step-N-Repeat) to cover the mural while guests, press and celebrities arrived and took traditional pictures, then, with a DMX controlled Solenoid-System called a Kabuki Drop, we revealed the mural on cue. The client required to have a video wall on the roof of the venue, but the roof was not support the load of the video wall, truss and ballasts - so, as a solution, we brought in a large crane and suspended the 9’ x 16’ video wall in the air from the crane throughout the event. The event included a 4 camera, broadcast quality video shoot, with a 36’ Jib to catch great angles. As a branding strategy, we displayed and lit a 40’ x 75’ giant inflatable monopoly man.
We brought in red carpet, super cars, large search lights and custom media wall to excite the influencers, celebs, sponsors, VIPs, & guests. We designed and brought in unique and stylish furniture for the exclusive celebrity VIP reception below and enhanced the floor plan to increase the table in the main performance area.We built out the production and enhanced all lighting, sound and video to include: video wall enhancement - 8’ x 15’ video wall, Lighting enhancement: 20 more profile beams, crowd blinders and CO2 effects, and Audio enhancementL we brought in a full L’ Acoustic Kara Rig, monitors foldback with SB28 Subs to support G-Eazy’s rider.
We created a very unique and interesting addition to the traditional concert floor plan, we added the Thomas J Henry custom VIP lounge front and center in the concert that included a red carpet flooring, velvet ropes, and ultra lounge black suede sofas to create the ultimate VIP viewing experience for the sponsors, donors, celebs and VIPs.We are very proud of our stage design that was developed by our amazing production team, it included an arc shape truss header that supported multiple video panels and over 200 moving profile lights, wash lights, crowd blinders to include: Martin Mac Vipers, Martin Mac Auras, Robe Spiders, Martin Mac Axioms, VDO Sceptrons and CuePix Blinders. Our sound included top of the line D&B Auditechnik full line array, outfits, stage fills, delay tower arrays, walls of subs and monitor foldback. We advanced and managed the backline requirements for 5 bands and artists.The highlight of the show was our outstanding Pyrotechical design and display to include multiple megawatt laser systems and over 400 types of stage flame projectors, sparks showers, mines (red, orange, purple) , spider comets, crossets, crackle gerbs, stadium streamers, confetti shots and continuous feed confetti blowers, massive CO2 jets and the grand finale included a full firework display with a continuous finally lasting about 10 minutes.
Cinematic was proud to be a part of the marketing and media campaign to pack the Austin 360 Amphitheater which included Cinematic producing several short form commercial spots for cable, social media and mass media campaigns. Cinematic scored the music and produced several radio spots in English and in Spanish.
