An influencer engagement on Star Island in Miami

The Brief

In collaboration with the companies Yeay and Yaaas, Cinematic produced an influencer engagement on Star Island in Miami, where influencers and tastemakers looking to dive deeper into the cryptocurrency and NFT space.

The cinematic scope

  • We site venue searched, inspected, and did all venue negotiations.
  • We brought in all audio, visual, staging, lighting and tech rider needs.
  • We created multiple activations / builds for photo moments, merchandise displays and more.
  • We designed and fabricated the press step & repeat for celebrity and influencer interviews as well as a photo moment with all brand partners.
  • We brought in strolling performers such as fire dancers, mermaids, and more.
  • We did coordinated all food & beverage components of the event, hired all staffing, etc.
  • We located an offsite parking lot, negotiated rates, built out a guest check-in, and coordinated shuttles to bring guests to the event site in an organized manner.
