The Brief

The 2017 Maxim Party at the Big Game in Houston , one of the most sought after and high profile parties during the Super Bowl weekend where Art, Fashion & Music Collide to create the ultimate party and brand experience. There were performances by Travis Scott, DNCE, and DJ Khalid. The entire event was designed and produced by Cinematic Producer Dylan Marer & Team.

The cinematic scope

  • To transform the Smart Financial Theatre into a high-end, luxury ultra-lounge meets performance stage.  
  • To create a breathtaking staging, video, effects, lighting & sound design.
  • To hire, book, manage and produce ALL performances of world-class, superstar performers including Travis Scott, DNCE, and DJ Khalid, to garner media and attention.
  • To hire, book, manage and coordinate a PR team to manage celebrity appearances to participate and garner press and media to enhance the event’s publicity and profile.
  • To work with Maxim’s sponsors to create amazing activations showcasing each brand.
  • To execute a turn-key production from design, creation though seamless execution.
